Change of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company

In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Rules, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Sandeep Khandelwal has been appointed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in place of Mr. Vikas Sharma. Mr. Vikas Sharma has also relinquished from his position as Whole-time Director. However, he would continue to act as Non-Executive Promoter Director of the Company.
