18th AGM of PTC India Ltd. will be held on 25th September 2017, Monday, at
02:30 PM at Dr. S R KVS Auditorium (Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Auditorium), Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, APS Colony, Gurgaon Road Delhi Cantt, New Delhi- 110010. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 15th September 2017 (Friday) to 25th September 2017 (Monday) (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for FY 2016-17.
