This is inform you that, the Company has changed its name from 'Advik Industries Limited' to 'Advik Capital Limited' with the approval of Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi and Registrar of Companies, NCT Delhi & Haryana and also got the final approval of BSE Limited ('stock exchange') via notice no. 20170727-30 dated 27.07.2017 in which the stock exchange has approved the change in name of the Company w.e.f August 2, 2017.
