WABCO India Limited has informed the Exchange that At the meeting of the board of directors held on 30th May 2017, the directors had approved the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2017. The meeting commenced at 12:00 P.M and concluded at 3:15 P.M. The results for the year ended 31.03.2017, along with the audit report with unmodified opinion issued by M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, was submitted to Stock Exchanges on 30th May 2017 within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the Board Meeting as required under the Listing Regulations.The fact that the audit report was issued with unmodified opinion was clear from the report itself. However in view of the SEBI circular dated 27th May 2016 issued, we are submitting the necessary declaration herein below under Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:We hereby declare that the auditors report submitted by M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP along with the audited financial results for the year / quarter ended 31st March 2017 results was an audit report with unmodified opinion.
