Nestle India Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: Intimation regarding receipt of an Order-in-Appeal from GST Appeal Department, Haryana in relation to transitional credit for the period 2017-18'.
