As of March 2024, 60.40% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 39.60% by Public.

Institutional holds 29.19% (Insurance Companies 11.17%) and Non-Institutional holds 10.41% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Sanofi India company are Hoechst Gmbh (139.05 lakhs shares / 60.37%) and Sanofi (4865 shares / 0.02%).
