With reference to the SEBI circular No SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26-11-2018 w.e.t fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, we hereby confirm that we are not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria given under Para 2.2 of the aforesaid circular.
