Uniply Industries Limited has informed the Exchange about Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process - Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR), we wish to inform you regarding the outcome of the 05th Stakeholders Consultation Committee meeting (SCC) of Uniply Industries Limited held on March 04th, 2024.
