As required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we are attaching the Notice of Postal Ballot for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the appointment of three Independent Directors of the Company for the first term of five consecutive years each with effect from 1st April, 2024.\r\n\r\nThe Remote e-voting period shall commence at 9.0 A.M. (IST) on Wednesday the 28th February, 2024, and will end at 5.00 P.M. on Thursday 28th March, 2024. During this period, the Members of the Company holding shares either in physical or electronic form, as on the cut-off date of Wednesday the 21st February, 2024 shall cast their vote electronically.
