The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.90 per cent at Rs 21.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 21.33 per cent to Rs 19.00 crore from Rs 24.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 93.83 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.81 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.56 per cent to Rs 2.80 crore as against Rs 2.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.40 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 18.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.58 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.33 crore).
