Pursuant to Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has not raised any money via public issue, right issue, preferential issue, etc. during the quarter 31st December, 2023 and so the aforesaid regulation is not applicable to the Company.
