The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 18.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.05 per cent at Rs 272.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 256.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.43 per cent to Rs 245.52 crore from Rs 230.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 120.61 per cent at Rs 2.89 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 1.31 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.63 per cent to Rs 26.88 crore as against Rs 26.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.24 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 19.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.40 per cent at Rs 6.84 crore (Dec'22 Rs 6.14 crore).
