The Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated), along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor of the Company, for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2023, of the Financial Year 2023-24, pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n2.
