Regulation 23(9) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) requires every listed company to submit 'Disclosures of Related Party Transactions' within 30 days from the date of publication of its financial results for the half year ended.As per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Requirements, 2015, compliance of Regulation 17 to 27 and Clauses (b) to (i) of Sub Regulation (2) of regulation 46 shall not be applicable in respect to Listed Entities having paid-up equity share capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Crore and net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year (31/03/2022). As the paid-up equity share capital and Net Worth of our company does not exceed the threshold limit the above mentioned compliance is not applicable to our Company. The Company, therefore, is not required to submit 'Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction' for the half year ended 30th September, 2022 as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. \r\n
