In continuation of our letter dated January 21, 2020, January 22, 2020 and February 03, 2020, this is to further inform you that pursuant to order F. No. 10/01/2020-Legal dated 19/10/2022 (copy enclosed), issued by the Central Government, in compliance of order dated 20/01/2020 and 13/10/2022 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 10856/2016, Ms. Uma Shankar is appointed as nominee director (Woman) of the Central Government on the Board of Directors of Unitech Limited, with immediate effect (i.e. 19.10.2022).
