The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 243.15 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 115.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 110.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.73 per cent at Rs 3,134.30 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,617.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.17 per cent to Rs 2,867.36 crore from Rs 2,327.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 112.62 per cent at Rs 44.97 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 21.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.87 per cent to Rs 266.94 crore as against Rs 289.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 23.04 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 4.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 123.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.44 per cent at Rs 34.53 crore (Mar'21 Rs 34.38 crore).
