This is to inform that the Company has allotted 1,51,456 (One Lakh Fifty One thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Six) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each on May 7, 2022, to the grantee(s) who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme-2016.\r\nWith this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 1,26,72,06,588/- divided into 63,36,03,294 number of equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.\r\nThe details as required under the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 are enclosed as Annexure - I.
