The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 3.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 27.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.03 per cent at Rs 17.40 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 28.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 40.75 per cent to Rs 14.61 crore from Rs 24.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 151.74 per cent at Rs 4.33 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 1.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.09 per cent to Rs 2.79 crore as against Rs 3.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.95 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 57.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 27.78 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore (Mar'21 Rs 0.90 crore).
