The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.45 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 2.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.47 per cent at Rs 56.05 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 69.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.30 per cent to Rs 50.11 crore from Rs 62.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 27.27 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Jun'20 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 11.74 per cent to Rs 5.94 crore as against Rs 6.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 3.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.91 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.24 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore (Jun'20 Rs 1.31 crore).
