Allied Digital Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2021, inter alia, has recommend Final Dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 5/ - each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, if approved it shall be paid on or before October 12, 2021.
