We enclose, in terms of Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Report and Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 together with the Notice dated 1st June, 2021 convening the 110th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on 11th August, 2021.

The aforesaid Report and Accounts and AGM Notice are also being uploaded on the Company's corporate website www.itcportal.com.
