In terms of Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee ('NRC Committee') of Jubilant FoodWorks Limited ('JFL') in its meeting held yesterday on March 24, 2021 granted stock options under the JFL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2011 ('ESOP 2011') and JFL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016 ('ESOP 2016'), as per the details mentioned in Annexure 'A'. The details are attached herewith.
