Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , we wish to inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors of National Peroxide Limited at its meeting held on March 9, 2021 have, inter alia, considered and approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst National Peroxide Limited, Naperol Investments Limited, NPL Chemicals Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
