The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.79 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2020 as compared to Rs 6.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 2.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.19 per cent at Rs 14.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.88 per cent to Rs 9.35 crore from Rs 8.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 131.25 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore versus (Dec'19 Rs 0.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 49.75 per cent to Rs 5.04 crore as against Rs 10.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 37.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 75.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 133.74 per cent at Rs -1.11 crore (Dec'19 Rs 3.29 crore).
