Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021, inter alia to consider and approve Un-audited Quarterly Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on 31 December, 2020.
