The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 115.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 123.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.77 per cent at Rs 560.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 545.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.60 per cent to Rs 387.42 crore from Rs 406.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.94 per cent at Rs 13.10 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 39.62 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.21 per cent to Rs 173.43 crore as against Rs 139.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.83 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.23 per cent at Rs 42.78 crore (Jun'19 Rs 32.85 crore).
