PS IT Infrastructure & Services Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 4th quarter as well as Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on 31st March 2020.
