We would like to inform you today i.e. 1st May, 2020, the Company has issued and allotted 14,306 equity shares consequent upon exercise of ESOPs, at the exercise price of Rs. 67/- as determined under the "Aptech Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016" by the eligible employee.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 40,26,96,100/- comprising of 4,02,69,610 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Distinctive number of equity shares are 49153166 to 49167471.
