Pursuant to applicable regulations of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. February 12, 2020, has inter-alia:

Considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2019 of the financial Year 2019-20, both on standalone and consolidated basis, prepared under lnd-AS, duly reviewed by M/s Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, the statutory Auditors of the Company, together with Limited Review report thereon.

Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jawahar Lal Goel (DIN: 00076462) as the Managing Director of the Company from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022 (both days inclusive), as per the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations.
