The Company in its Executive Committee of Board of Director held on 31st Day of October 2019 took note of the Resignation of Ms. Ritika Priyam from the Position of Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company.
Reason For Delay-
due to non-availability of MD of the Company, this intimation us delayed as no new company secretary Cum Compliance officer is appointed yet and the process is going on.
