Pursuant to Regulation 33 SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today (i.e.) 13th November, 2019 inter-alia, has approved/noted the following:

1. Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2019 (Copy of results enclosed as Annexure).
2. Limited Review Report (enclosed as Annexure).

We also wish to bring to the notice of the Exchange that the Board Meeting commenced

at 2.30 PM and concluded at 3.45 PM today.
