The Un-Audited Financial Results along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019;

2. To consider and take note of Limited Review Report on Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019;

3. Other agenda items as placed before the Board.
