Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has commenced the Commercial Operations of a Multiplex Cinema Theatre taken on Leave and License basis, located at INOX Leisure Ltd, 3rd Floor, Reliance Mall, Chotti Baradari Part-2, Jalandhar, Punjab -144001, with effect from today, i.e. Friday, 6th September, 2019.

The said Multiplex Cinema Theatre has 3 screens and 862 seats.

INOX is now present in 68 cities with 144 Multiplexes, 598 screens and a total seating capacity of 140,244 seats across India.
