The respected RP has been informed on 15.07.2019 that Mr. S.N. Jhunjhunwala, MD may have incurred disqualification u/s 164(2) of Co. Act, 2013 and in terms of applicable laws his office stand vacated with immediate effect from today, i.e. 15.07.2019.
It is pertinent to mention that the Company has so far not received any communication in this respect from the concerned director.
