PUNJLLOYD: The Exchange had sought clarification from Punj Lloyd Limited with respect to announcement dated 09-May-2019, regarding Resignation of Mr Rahul Maheshwari as Chief Financial Officer of the company w.e.f. May 09, 2019. On basis of above the Company was required to clarify following: 1. Reason for change viz. appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise. The response of the Company is enclosed.
