Agri-Tech (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from July 29, 2019 to August 3, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 03, 2019.
