Bajaj Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from July 27, 2019 to August 7, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend. Further the Annual General Meeting to be held August 07, 2019.
