The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 as compared to Rs 5.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.08 per cent at Rs 46.16 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 48.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.76 per cent to Rs 41.74 crore from Rs 43.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 60.00 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Mar'18 Rs 2.35 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.97 per cent to Rs 4.42 crore as against Rs 5.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.46 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 180.00 per cent at Rs 1.26 crore (Mar'18 Rs 0.45 crore).
