PTC India Ltd said in a filing to BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 14, 2019, inter alia, has recommended the dividend @ 40% (Rs. 4 per equity share) on 29,60,08,321 fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10 each.
