The Bank has issued and allotted 126,500 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on May 15, 2019, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,97,02,548 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
