We refer to our letter dated 2nd May, 2019 regarding the intimation of Analyst/ Investor Conference Call on the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 scheduled on 6th May, 2019 at 02:30 p.m.
In this regard, we herewith enclose the transcript of the conference call as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
