The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 2.02 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 94.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.13 per cent at Rs 28.69 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 17.08 per cent to Rs 26.80 crore from Rs 32.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 68.75 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 47.50 per cent to Rs 1.89 crore as against Rs 3.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.33 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 6.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.09 crore
