The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.32 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 1.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.06 per cent at Rs 175.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 193.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.11 per cent to Rs 155.66 crore from Rs 173.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.89 per cent to Rs 21.04 crore as against Rs 20.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.14 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 13.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore (Dec'17 Rs 0.00 crore).
