The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 52.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 18.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 178.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 170.44 per cent at Rs 710.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 262.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 173.02 per cent to Rs 635.70 crore from Rs 232.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 322.30 per cent at Rs 18.37 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 4.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 150.30 per cent to Rs 75.09 crore as against Rs 30.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.45 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 146.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 151.94 per cent at Rs 27.94 crore (Dec'17 Rs 11.09 crore).
