The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 5.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 93.59 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.33 per cent at Rs 90.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 85.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.04 per cent to Rs 87.10 crore from Rs 75.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 236.36 per cent at Rs 1.48 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 0.44 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 63.38 per cent to Rs 3.83 crore as against Rs 10.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.58 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 15.84 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.41 crore
