As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting by Insiders and For Fair Disclosure, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons from Tuesday, the 05th February, 2019 to Wednesday, the 13th February, 2019 (both days inclusive).

SEBI Notification: (1) KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets-once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (Broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), You need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary. (2) No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorize your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for refund as the money remains in investor's account.
