Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 4, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the aforestated results.
