The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 12.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 0.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.45 per cent at Rs 174.70 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 139.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.01 per cent to Rs 154.88 crore from Rs 120.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 31.51 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore versus (Dec'17 Rs 1.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 3.18 per cent to Rs 19.82 crore as against Rs 19.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.69 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.38 per cent at Rs 6.43 crore (Dec'17 Rs 6.22 crore).
