This is to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29 read with 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 14th day of November, 2018, at the Registered Office of the Company at 18/32, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008, inter alia, among other agenda to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018.

Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company remain closed for all the insiders from November 05, 2018 to November 19, 2018 (both days inclusive).
