Accordance with the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for Directors/Officers/Employees of the Company along with Designated persons and their immediate relatives, from November 3, 2018 to November 15th, 2018 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall re-open from November 16th, 2018. 03rd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19 is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13th day of November, 2018 at 01:00 P.M., inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 along with Limited Review Report for the period.
